Le développeur de Crysis 3 The Lost Island CD Key est Crytek, un développeur de jeux allemand et Electronic Arts son éditeur. Il s'agit d'un jeu vidéo de tir qui se joue à la première personne. Il appartient à la série de jeux " Crysis " lancée en 2011 et est le troisième volet, fonctionnant sur le moteur de jeu CryEngine 3. Annoncé officiellement le 16 avril 2012, ce jeu est sorti le 19 février 2013 en Amérique du Nord.
Le gameplay met en scène un détenteur de Nanosuit nommé Prophet, dont la mission est de se venger du leader de la race extraterrestre Ceph appelée 'Alpha Ceph' et de la CELL Corporation. Le protagoniste principal de "Crysis Warhead", Psycho, accompagne Prophet dans sa mission et est contrôlé par l'IA. L'intrigue du jeu marque la fin de la trilogie Crysis. Cette version a introduit de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans le gameplay, notamment une fonction de piratage et un nouvel arc à poulie, ainsi que la fonction Rip and Throw, un mode de jeu multijoueur asymétrique appelé "Hunter" et la capacité Nanosuit. Dès sa sortie, le jeu a reçu un accueil positif de la part des critiques, qui ont salué sa conception des niveaux, son mode multijoueur et ses graphismes. Le jeu a également remporté plusieurs prix avant sa sortie pour le public. Cependant, il n'a pas été à la hauteur des attentes de la société sur le plan commercial.

Beautiful maps with a great sense of nostalgia from the first game in the series. Major downside though is that with an already tiny community, very few players will be playing this DLC making it very hard to find anywhere to play. Should have been a free release but that's a laughable concept to game developers these days, I know.
