My Hero Academia: All’s Justice lands on Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4

Bandai Namco brings the 3D arena fighter to Nintendo's latest platform with Switch 2-exclusive features including GameShare online battles and a free Minigame mode.

Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced that My Hero Academia: All’s Justice will launch for Nintendo Switch 2 on September 4, 2026. The game had previously been available on other platforms since early 2026, making this the first time the franchise hits Nintendo’s newest hardware.

My Hero Academia: All’s Justice is a super-powered 3D arena fighter set during the climactic Final War arc of the globally popular anime. The game was developed by Byking and published by Bandai Namco. It is already available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, where it launched on February 6, 2026.

Switch 2-Exclusive Features

The Nintendo Switch 2 version is not simply a straight port – it brings platform-specific additions. The Switch 2 version introduces exclusive online battle via GameShare using GameChat, allowing players to seamlessly enjoy matches with friends and family. Local GameShare is not supported.

The Switch 2 version also includes a brand-new Minigame mode, a collection of fun and challenging activities featuring Class 1-A students, set within a virtual space created by Mei Hatsume – and the mode includes a special collaboration featuring Bandai Namco’s legendary game icon PAC-MAN. Crucially, the launch of the Switch 2 edition will coincide with the release of the free Minigame (All 10 Types) update across all platforms.

The Nintendo Switch 2 physical version will feature exclusive inner cover artwork illustrated by bones film, showcasing Izuku Midoriya and Tomura Shigaraki. The physical version will be distributed on a Game-Key Card.

Roster, Modes and Battle System

All’s Justice features dynamic single-player and PvP battles with 3-character tag-team fights and the largest roster of playable characters of all My Hero Academia console games. For the first time in a My Hero Academia console game, all students of Class 1-A are playable.

In battle, players can unleash their favourite characters’ unique Quirks, enhanced with the new Rising mechanic that boosts attack power, speed, and Quirk abilities for explosive combat.

The game includes several modes across all platforms:

Mode Description
Story Mode Final War arc cinematics and exclusive new scenarios
Team-Up Mission Original story as a U.A. Class 1-A student
Archives Battle Iconic battles from across the full series
Minigame (10 types) Free update; PAC-MAN crossover included
PvP / Online 3v3 arena battles; Switch 2 adds GameShare
Futuristic virtual training arena with glowing floor grids, evoking the Team-Up Mission mode in My Hero Academia: All's Justice
The Switch 2 version adds a PAC-MAN crossover within the new Minigame mode, free for all platform owners on launch day.

The game will be offered in Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions on Nintendo Switch 2. Players who pre-order will receive immediate access to playable characters Izuku Midoriya Rising and All For One Chaos, along with 30,000 Hero Coins – the in-game currency used for customization items and Minigame content.
